Terms of Service

Last updated: 26 October 2026

The website and service

Ambra Suite is a business-to-business ERP operated by YOT LTD, Malta. These terms govern use of ambrasuite.com and provide general terms for our business services. By using this website, you agree to the website terms. Purchase, provisioning and use of a customer’s Ambra instance are subject to a separately agreed customer agreement. That agreement prevails over these general terms if there is a conflict.

Customer agreements

Each customer’s ERP runs as its own instance. The modules, authorised users, setup, support, charges, payment schedule, renewal, cancellation and service commitments are specified in the customer agreement or accepted order. A website enquiry or demo request does not create a subscription or authorise a charge. Website information is general information, not a binding offer.

Accounts and responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information, authorise only appropriate users and protect sign-in credentials. Users must not share credentials or access data without authorisation. Customers are responsible for their users, permissions, business records and decisions made using the service.

Acceptable use

Do not seek unauthorised access, interfere with the website or another customer’s instance, introduce malicious software, scrape or resell the service without permission, or use it for unlawful purposes. Do not upload content or personal data you lack authority to process. Customers are responsible for the lawfulness and accuracy of the data they provide.

Data and confidentiality

Customers retain rights to their business data. Personal data in a customer instance is processed under the customer agreement and data-processing terms, with the customer as controller and YOT LTD as processor. Website enquiry data is covered by our Privacy Policy. Data access, exports, retention, deletion and confidentiality commitments are governed by the customer agreement.

Intellectual property and integrations

YOT LTD and its licensors retain rights in Ambra Suite, its software, branding and website content. Customer access grants only the rights specified in the customer agreement. Third-party integrations may have their own terms and availability. Customers must have authority to connect external services and review automated outputs before relying on them.

Availability and liability

Website information is provided “as is” without a guarantee of completeness or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, YOT LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use. Service warranties, remedies and liability limits are set out in the customer agreement. Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes and termination

We may update this website and these website terms by publishing the revised version and date. Changes, suspension and termination of a paid service follow the customer agreement. We may restrict website access where needed to prevent misuse or protect security.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Maltese law. The courts of Malta have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory law and the customer agreement. For legal questions, contact sales@yotltd.com.
