ERP for distributors, from quote to delivery

Ambra brings sales, stock, purchasing and finance into one system, built for businesses that buy from vendors and sell to trade and retail customers. It's made by YOT LTD in Malta and runs in the browser.

Sell

  • Keep leads and deals in a simple CRM pipeline, and build quotes with a search that looks into product details, not just names.
  • Turn an accepted quote into an order in one step. If the margin drops too low or the customer has overdue invoices, the quote waits for approval first.
  • See pricing rules, bundles and the margin on each order as you work.

Stock

  • See stock in each warehouse, including stock held by your vendors. When vendors share a stock feed, Ambra can keep their warehouse levels in sync.
  • Track serial numbers, handle returns (RMA), and see a product's price and stock history.
  • Stock is valued at average cost (AVCO).

Buy

  • When you process an order, Ambra shows where each item can come from and the cheapest source, so you can raise the purchase order to that vendor.
  • Drop ship straight from the vendor to your customer when it makes sense.
  • Receive goods against the purchase order.

Get paid

  • Send invoices that customers can pay by card through Stripe. Paid invoices are marked as paid.
  • Customers get an order link with live DHL tracking.
  • Invoices and bills sync to Xero, so your accountant keeps working in the books they already use.

EU VAT handled with the sale

The VAT on each line is worked out from the customer, where the goods go, and whether the customer has a valid EU VAT number checked in VIES.
